MAX4427CPA Dual High-Speed MOSFET Driver ( MAX4427CPA ) The MAX4427 is a dual non-inverting monolithic power MOSFET driver, designed to convert TTL/CMOS inputs to high voltage/current outputs. Delay times are virtually independent of VDD, and the high current output drivers rapidly charge and discharge the gate capacitance of even the largest power MOSFETs to within millivolts of the supply rails. This produces the power MOSFET s minimum on resistance.
